Grade10 ADA2O1 No Prerequisite Building on the fundimental of theatre learned in Grade 9, students will layer in new skills in the specific demands of writing for the theatre and character development.  Major units of study include: Greek Mythology and Mask Making '7 Stories' by Canadian Morris Panych

Grade 11 ADA3M1 Grade 9 and/or 10 Prerequisite This course builds on the conventions of theatre learned in earlier years.  Students will study the historic 1954 Stratford Festival of Canada production of Oedipus Rex starring James Mason.  A deep exploration of the genius of ancient Greek Theatre and the power of grand masks will occur. Major units of study include: 'Oedipus Rex' and Mask Making 'Six Characters in Search of an Author'
