BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Guidance counsellors are assigned a portion of the student body according to the first letter of the student's last name. You can locate your alpha counsellor by looking at the appointment book found on the reception desk inside the guidance office or by looking at the chart below. 

You may choose to see one of the other counsellors if you like, however, your alpha counsellor may still be responsible for your academic support.

Making an appointment is easy. Simply come to the Guidance office, write your name in a free slot and complete the guidance appointment form to remind you of your appointment time.  We are always here to help.
