At Mulock, along with its partners at Armitage, Clearmeadow, Crossland, Rogers and Terry Fox Public Schools, the Transition Team supports staff and students through this transition.  This support includes monthly meetings, dialogue, cross-panel visits, and professional development activities for teachers.  For students, transition involves a number of visits to Mulock for both social and academic support.
